You have now located the injury and its time you shave your beauty patient's head. Remove all the hair on her head with a sharp razor blade and then fight off little lice that have been living there for some while now. After removing all the hair and killing all the lice, it's time to mark the head with a marker.
Mark the important points and cut her skull with a scalpel to check the brain and the germs on it. Remove the germs from the brain and sew her up back to normal. Your beauty patient has been treated now. Its time you go back to your bully brother and give him lesson with your snowballs.
